If the application requires regulatory functions of automatic adjustment, if you want to the registry of the operating data, if the interface should have possibilities of confi guration or if the valve and the actuator are to be integrated in a system of Plant Asset Management for advanced diagnostics, the AC is the integrated control right.
The AC has a interface parallel free-confi guration and/or interfaces to the field bus systems that are typically found in the automation of processes.
Between the diagnosis functions include protocol events with a time stamp, the adoption of characteristic curves of torque, the registry continued to temperature and vibration on the actuator, or the count of starts and times of operation of the engine. In addition to the basic functions, the AC offers a number of possibilities to satisfy special requirements. For example, the by-pass torque limiter to release valves of its fixed position or functions to change the time of maneuver in order to avoid shock pressure in the pipeline.
The central points in the development of the AC 01.2 reside in the simple management and easy integration of the actuators in the system of automation.
